i went for bikram YOGA yesterdayy . lmao.
it was a heated room. 39 degrees. mm hmm.
everyone was sweatin like piggs.
90 minutes. with 39 other ppl in the same room at 39 degrees. doing WEIRDas positions.
no .. not something you`d like to do very often.
it wasn`t easy i`d give you taht. lOl
but apparently all that sweating was to detoxify youu.
i felt nauseous -___- ohwels i felt so proud of myself after i did it [:
it`s probably one of the biggest workouts i`ve had since .. hmm ever.
and it was hardly even a work out . it jus felt like it cuz of all the sweating. l0l
watched grudge TWO. whch was .. OKAAYY i guess.

i was prettymuch lost at the end of the movie.
i kinda got it. but it just didn`t make SENSE. pffttts.
